At CHA’s Wine & Lecture series on Friday, June 6, at 5:30 p.m., teacher and author Robert Pacilio will present an intriguing view of Coronado from the perspective of his new fictional book, “The Restoration.”
“The Restoration” features a novelization of the historic restoration of Coronado’s famed Village Theater as a backdrop to the story of two couples navigating difficult years and torn relationships stretching from Vietnam to the present. This is Mr. Pacilio’s third novel, and his talk will include two actors playing out the first chapter of the book.
CHA’s Wine & Lecture events are free to the public; wine is available at $5 per glass. No RSVP required, but seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. The Lecture Hall is located at the Coronado Museum of History & Art, 1100 Orange Avenue.
